Awesome horns can bring a cosplay to another level of epicness! But how to craft them? And after they have been created… How to fix them to your head? So many questions! And many possibilities to solve this. In this panel, Joyce from Pretzl Cosplay will show you different techniques to craft horns for cosplay, with materials like foam, foam clay and Worbla. She’ll also share some ideas for how to attach horns to your head or headpiece so you can actually wear the awesome horns with your next cosplay!

No, the entire crew is made up of volunteers. But even if we can’t offer you any payment, you won’t go empty-handed as a crew-member! You will receive food, a certificate of service, free admission to AniNite, a peek behind the scenes and much more! Here you can learn more about being a crew-member!
If you have received your ticket by mail, you can enter the convention without having to queue at the register! Please keep in mind, however, that there may be waiting times for admission and bag checks. You will also get a lanyard for your ticket in the entrance area.
Yes! One-day, 3-day tickets are not one-way tickets. You can leave and re-enter the convention location as many times as you like. Just make sure to wear your ticket visibly and show it at the ticket control.
Yes! We will offer pickup days on weekends at the AniManga Austria clubhouse, which you can find at Arndtstraße 6/1/6, 1120 Vienna. Follow us on social media to find out the dates!
Yes, you are allowed to take both glass and thermos bottles. However, any bottle containing alcohol will be taken at the bag check and you can retrieve it from the checkroom as you leave the premises.
It depends entirely on the creators whether they make their video publicly available. However, we did get a social media link of the respective artist during the respective registration, which improves the search significantly. We’ll try to create a Youtube-Playlist for all of the AMVs that were present at AniNite 2022, if the creator made them available publicly.
After you have ordered your ticket, you will receive an automatic mail with a transaction ID and payment instruction, which you have to make by bank transfer. With the transaction ID you can make a status query at any time via https://vvk.animanga.at/AN/Tracking. As soon as the status of your ticket has changed, i.e. as soon as we have received your money, you can see this via the status query and you will also receive a mail. Check your spam folder too!
We will try to show as many videos as possible on stage. However, this depends heavily on the number of participants* and the schedule of the event. If the number of entries exceeds a certain level, we may not be able to screen all AMVs and we will give priority to the entries with higher jury points, of the respective category.
Get in touch with us! Technical issues can always happen and shouldn’t be a reason for disqualification. If you didn’t get in touch with us and send in a video after the deadline, we will not include that video in the contest!
If you have participated in a competition, but cannot come to the award ceremony, sign out at the information desk on site or let us know the name of a substitute who can receive your prize in your place.
All tickets sent by the postal service will be sent by the post after the end of the presale (10.7.). So they’ll be arriving at your place in the second half of July.

Yes, the Eventhotel Pyramide Vösendorf is completely air-conditioned except for the wellness area and the glass pyramid. There are enough ventilation fans in the glass pyramid.
The experiences of the last years have shown that the attention span of the viewers is about 3 minutes on average. Therefore, we don’t recommend that videos are nearly 5 minutes long. Especially highly edited videos are usually a lot shorter than even just 3 minutes, since the work you have to put into those projects is often a lot for just one person. We recommend that you find a good mix in length and content for your AMV from the beginning.
If you paid on time (by the end of the presale), it’s not a problem. Just come to the help desk in the entrance area with your payment confirmation.
The presale for all types of tickets (except for the Gold and the Fotogasm ticket) runs until July 10th. Please note, however, that the money must have arrived by July 10th on our account, which you will receive by mail after ordering. Any payments that land in the account after that will be returned free of charge and you will be notified.
The fan package includes a limited AniNite shirt in your size and many goodies. These include, for example, a fan, a mug, keychains and much more!
