Fan package contents
The fan package contains a T-shirt in a selectable size, as well as various surprises.
This is the reason why the fan package is not available at the event box office.
The AniNite ticket is not included!
Advance booking
Advance ticket sales start in February and end on Sunday, July 11, 2025.
This year, AniNite offers 2 ways to purchase advance tickets:
- Self-collection:
As in previous years, you will receive a ticket confirmation with a bar code by e-mail after paying for your advance sale tickets. This confirmation will be exchanged for the actual visitor ticket at a special cash desk at the convention. - Insured delivery of tickets by post
The tickets ordered will be sent to the customer after the end of the advance booking period by insured delivery at a total surcharge of €5.45 (within Austria). As the transport status and receipt are documented, a replacement ticket can be requested in the event of loss in transit.
The shipping costs outside Austria are €7.35 within Europe and €8.05 worldwide.
Tickets that have already been sent cannot be canceled or refunded.

- Payment deadlines:
Every customer has until July 11, 2025 (end of the presale) to pay for their tickets, otherwise the order will expire. In order to receive the presale price, the money must be credited to our account by July 11, 2025 at the latest. - Cancellation / Refund:
Tickets that have already been paid for can be canceled up to and including July 11, 2025, subject to a processing fee of €4.00.
Tickets that have already been sent by post cannot be canceled. - Dispatch of tickets:
For the dispatch of tickets, collected orders will be sent after the end of the advance booking period.
Tickets received by insured delivery entitle the owner to enter the grounds immediately after the opening of the convention.
Customers ordering a fan package will receive a voucher with the ticket delivery, which they can use to collect their fan package in the entrance area.
- Lanyards:
Lanyards for tickets are available to all visitors in the entrance area. - Further information:
After the end of the pre-sale, it will no longer be possible to order tickets, which can only be purchased directly at the event box office. There will be a generous but limited number of tickets available at the box office. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Tickets that have been paid for in advance and confirmed by us can be collected directly at the specially set up ticket counters with the extract/code. - Children and young people:
Children up to the age of 6 may attend the event free of charge if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or a person of legal age authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
The Vienna Youth Protection Act must be observed
